Professionals are usually promoted to leadership because of their technical skills. Yet, the skills of leadership are completely different to most technical disciplines. Humans can behave in seemingly irrational ways and the leader needs to know how to respond effectively.
I educate leaders on why others behave the way they do. More importantly, I help the leader understand themselves better and how to improve their impact. I do this holistically: assisting the leader to understand and manage their mental well-being and aligning their behaviour with the outcomes they want.
This process enables people to show up as their best selves at work and at home: to relate better with others; to set boundaries; and to prioritise what really matters.
