Lauren Hancock is a Psychologist with 16 years of experience in mental health and organisational settings. For over a decade she worked as a therapist with individuals, couples and groups, mostly in private practice.
Concurrently, she worked with organisations as a consultant, facilitator, and coach.
This work has taken her to all sorts of interesting places from remote mining sites, to cities and towns across Australia, to working in Africa.
She now focusses her work on speaking and coaching. She provides keynotes on topics related to mental health and workshops on mental health and relationship dynamics.
Lauren’s passion has always been to help clients identify what is most important to them and how to live their lives accordingly. The themes of meaning, values, and connection are present in all her work. She believes that mental health issues are just part of being human and that Social Remedies are fundamental to mental health recovery.
